What are your delivery charges?
To keep things simple we charge a flat rate of £4.99 on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
We use Royal Mail Tracked services, so most items are delivered in 1 to 2 working days.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the UK and Northern Ireland.
How can I track my order?
When you place your order you will be emailed a Royal Mail tracking number which allows you to easily track your parcel on their website.
What if want to return my order?
As with all online orders you have 14 working days after you receive your goods to change your mind. Before you send anything back to us please request an RMA number first by clicking here.
What if I have a faulty product?
If you have a faulty product and it is within the 12 month warranty period please request an RMA number here.
