Returns

At CB Radio Shop, we try our best to ensure you’re happy with your purchases. If something goes wrong and you need to return an item, please follow our return procedure.
Items being returned must include an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation), or they will not be accepted.

Request a RMA Number

    You are responsible for the cost of returning items, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, items without an RMA number will not be accepted for return.
